This adorable apartment occupies the first floor of a traditional stone building within attractive walled gardens. Guests benefit from an enviable position according peace and seclusion yet located within a five minute walk of the old town walls and the hidden coves and beaches around dramatic Fort Lovrijenac - known as the Gibraltar of Dubrovnik.

Access to the property is via a gateway off a quiet pedestrian street, inviting guests into a spacious garden. External stone steps lead to the first floor terrace affording sea views and the main entrance to the apartment. An entrance hallway leads through to an open plan living area consisting of a comfortable lounge, a kitchen and a dining area. A double bedroom and a bathroom are accessed from the main living area.

This delightful apartment would suit a couple or small family looking for a relaxing break within easy walking distance of the old town, restaurants and beaches.

The Katija apartmenti is located in a lovely new reconstructed stone house, 1 min from  the historic heart of Dubrovnik, but away in a quiet side street to ensure a restful stay, surrounded by stone wall and a nice Mediterranean garden.

Reconstruction and design of interiors were made in 2009 with emphasis on comfort and décor. Whether you are a family or friends travelling together, the Katija is a fantastic choice to fully experience a special and unforgettable stay in Dubrovnik.
